How does Universal Tankers ensure the quality of the drinking water?

All water is abstracted under licence from the water network, which is maintained and provided by the water authority for the area we are operating in, e.g. United Utility, Yorkshire Water, Thames Water etc.

All tankers and equipment used for distributing wholesome water are cleaned, disinfected, and stored in line with the guidance provided in BS 8551:2015. We conduct visual and chemical water quality tests at the point of abstraction and prior to delivery to ensure that the water quality is not affected nor contaminated.

Operators are professionally trained to transfer wholesome water and ensure that hygiene and anti-contamination procedures are adhered to.
